We have a passion for embracing the upside of risk to elevate results.
Running a thriving business does not come without challenges. From the constantly changing business landscape to driving innovation and recruiting talent, business risks are always lurking.
Exploring and understanding the impact of these challenges is the first step to finding the upside in your business risk. At Lanier Upshaw, we embrace these challenges head on.
Whatever your vision of success looks like, together we'll elevate to meet it.
Mr. Lanier Upshaw founded our company in 1941 – right before he was called to serve in World War II. Since then, our company has grown to roughly 70 employees with offices in Lakeland and Tampa.
One thing that remains unchanged since our founding is our commitment to exploring your challenges, embracing the upside of risk, and elevating our clients.
There's nothing better than having a strong team behind you. As owners of Lanier Upshaw, our team members are deeply committed to our work.
For you, a team of owners means that your long-term success is a commitment we have bought into from the start of our relationship. As we we work towards achieving your goals, we'll call on our team of experts to deliver results well before they are desperately needed.
A commitment to elevating our clients requires thought leadership – wherever it may be. We work with leading organizations because to get to where you want to be, it's going to require deep expertise and a diversity of ideas.
In working with the best minds in the industry, we've developed an ability to think globally about the emerging risks you may soon be facing. Our commitment to explore and embrace risks is an effort that is not constrained by geographies or the status quo.
You’re only as good as the company you keep, which is why we pride ourselves on improving the communities we call home. Last year, our employees contributed over $100,000 and donated thousands of volunteer hours to various causes. We also gave nearly 7% of all earnings to local charities.
