Mary Fran Mullan joined Lanier Upshaw in February 2007 as Vice President, Director of P&C Operations. Today  in her current position, she is responsible for all service functions of commercial property & casualty as well as employee benefits. In addition she is responsible for the operations management of the Tampa office.

Ms. Mullan hails from the Washington, D.C. suburb of Gaithersburg, Md. and holds an undergraduate finance degree from Penn State University and an MBA from George Washington University. She has more than 20  years experience in the insurance industry and has held leadership positions at the branch, regional and national levels. Ms. Mullan holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter and Certified Insurance Counselor designations. She is a member of the CPCU Society, the Society of CIC, the Professional Liability Underwriting Society and the Florida Association of Insurance Agents.
