Bill Scisciani joined Lanier Upshaw in March 2004 as Vice President of Property & Casualty. Today, in his current position, he oversees all service functions for P&C and employee benefits including marketing, risk management and quality assurance. He is also responsible for all insurance carrier communications and relationships.

Mr. Scisciani hails from Pittsburgh, Penn. He has an undergraduate degree from St. Vincent College in Latrobe, Penn. and completed graduate work at Robert Morris College in Pittsburgh. With more than 25 years experience in the insurance industry, he has been a branch manager, general manager and vice president with several insurance carriers. Mr. Scisciani started his career in the U.S. Army where he attained the rank of captain serving in both the infantry and military intelligence.
