Bruce joined Lanier Upshaw in 1996 and currently serves on the Board of Directors. He attended Polk Community College and then earned a degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida. Bruce is a Lakeland, Florida native and he and his wife Sally have two children. He is on the Board of Trustees and serves as the Treasurer for the Lakeland Volunteers in Medicine
