Monica has been with Lanier Upshaw as a Property & Casualty Account Executive since 2007. She currently holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation and attended Hillsborough Community College and subsequently Insurance School at the University of Tampa.

As a Florida native, Monica is originally from Winter Haven, Florida and now resides in Tampa with her husband. She has 2 daughters, 3 step-children, and 5 grandchildren. Monica is involved with Hillsborough County Educational Foundation and is an active member of Lake Carroll Baptist Church.
