Sara joined Lanier Upshaw in 2007 and has numerous years of experience in working with workers compensation insurance agencies and carriers. Prior to working with agencies, she gained employee benefits and insurance experience while working in the Human Resources department of an employee leasing company. Sara attended both Plymouth University and the University of South Florida, earning her degree in Business Management. Additionally, she currently holds her Florida General Lines agent license.
Originally from Ashland, New Hampshire, Sara now lives in Lakeland with her husband and two children. She volunteers her time as with Girl Scouts, t-ball, and girls softball activities. Sara's favorite quotes are, "The secret of success is to know something nobody else knows" by Aristotle Onassis, and "Build a bridge and get over it" of which the author is unknown.
